No caste means, no discrimination, no powerful surname, no reservation so lets see (it’s personal opinion) Any one can be pundit, sewer cleaner, sweeper, and no discrimination in the society, people can marriage inter-caste, no honor killing, no upper/lower system (I’ll love to see how many upper caste will become sewer cleaner or marry their daughter in lower caste) The upcoming future generation hardly care about the caste because people only show discrimination when they feel/face the discrimination, society may go towards equality, it may take some time but it will become in the future. Rich people get all the facility and you will found more literate people in rich class, as education is of very high cost. Only deserving candidate get the job not reserved,(reservation in India is 50%) . Competition will be less as avg student can get the job with avg study. Mind set towards other caste will change in the mean time (it’s a slow process)
