How will jobs be given if there is no caste in India?

No caste means, no discrimination, no powerful surname, no reservation so lets see (it’s personal opinion) Any one can be pundit, sewer cleaner, sweeper, and no discrimination in the society, people can marriage inter-caste, no honor killing, no upper/lower system (I’ll love to see how many upper caste will become sewer cleaner or marry their daughter in lower caste)

• The upcoming future generation hardly care about the caste because people only show discrimination when they feel/face the discrimination, society may go towards equality, it may take some time but it will become in the future.

• Rich people get all the facility and you will found more literate people in rich class, as education is of very high cost.

• Only deserving candidate get the job not reserved,(reservation in India is 50%). Competition will be less as avg student can get the job with avg study.

• Mind set towards other caste will change in the mean time (it’s a slow process)
  Poor backward class will suffer more as they don’t have any reservation for now on! like now upper poor caste are getting all facility
  
  

• Elite college’s standard will improve, as only deserving will get the seat

• Mayawati will be out of job or planning for mass agitation

• Congress have to find new dalit for vote bank

• Govt starts recruiting for more skillful person to eliminate unemployable person.

• failures/losers will get no excuse (in the mean time they will find another)

• SC/ST/OBS people will go for suicide, mass agitation, strikes; burning of public property/offices/ etc will be front page news.

• In the end, govt need to give reservation either in education or jobs, giving reservation in both is like a giving the deserve candidate an alarm that hard work is not the key to success. Equally educated person must competitive equally not with a caste tag.

However, only 3–4% jobs are govt which are reserved, so if you want a job, don’t cry for govt reservation, its’ our society who’s responsible so get some skill and earned your job with it.
